A BREATHER IN BAMFORD

08:58:00

It was a normal Tuesday morning, I was in my experimental lab as usual, doing some PhD work and then later had lunch with Fizal. It was then, a few phone calls were made and before we even know it, we were in the car with Lutfi, Kak Sarah and Abg Jo - on our way to Bamford Edge, Peak District. It was just one of those random days, we thought of going out to (hopefully) capture the beautiful views of red and orange trees from up the hill - but to our disappointment, the trees have either gone bare or still green, hmm.

It was such a beautiful sunny day (hence the impromptu trip), and the time of the day that we climbed Bamford also contributed to such elegant evening lighting. However, though not surprisingly, it was super duper windy that afternoon. It was a little bit of a struggle, especially for Kak Sarah and Abg Jo because it was their first time walking up Bamford Edge. Nonetheless, the breathtaking views made our every efforts so worth it. It was more spectacular because it was very late afternoon and the sun was already low, giving that warm low-light glow.

We finally made our way back when we've had enough time just taking our time off and breathing the fresh air of nature, before going back to our daily routines again the next day. :)
